eQuiMobile is a multiuser mobile banking application aimed at digitizing client related operations to help the banks, MFIs and Saccos increase operational efficiency and improve customer convenience.

Before the initiative, there were a lot of challenges faced by customers in accessing services since it always required them to interface with institutional staff.

My task was to develop a mobile experience that helps these institutions digitize and automate major client related operations like transactions, loans and customer inquiries.
